
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
PRINTS
Unless marked as 'ready to ship', prints are ordered on demand from a local professional printer here in Tasmania, as such, please allow up to seven (7) days lead time for printing before the shipping of your order.
All prints are carefully packaged in a protective sleeve with sturdy backing within a rigid mailer which kindly requests postal workers DO NOT BEND.
The shipping cost allocation for prints does not include tracking, it is for standard domestic + international airmail only as a large letter classification.
SCULPTURE
If purchasing a sculpture from the store, all orders will be carefully hand packed and shipped within 2-3 business days** from Southern Tasmania using Australia Post. You will be emailed a shipping confirmation which will also have your tracking number and link. If you selected the shipping option with added insurance, the paperwork for such is held here as in the event that a claim may be required, it will have to be initiated on our end.

DELIVERY TIMES
For Australian customers:
- Standard delivery times are between 5 - 10 business days
For International customers:
- Depending on your location, it is typical to expect delivery between 10 - 21 days from the date of purchase.
- Duty and tax thresholds vary from country to country; any additional import taxes and charges are the responsibility of the customer and we encourage you to explore these prior to making your purchase. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs department in advance for details on how these customs clearance charges are assessed and may be applied to your delivery. Packages that are refused, returned, unclaimed, or rejected due to unpaid customs fees, or an incorrect address supplied at the time of purchase, will incur an additional shipping fee should you wish for them to be re-shipped at a later date.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Sculptures
A great deal of effort is taken to ensure your purchase is well protected in transit and clearly marked as a fragile item. We cannot be held responsible for heavy handed customs officers, thieving neighbours or postal workers who choose to leave parcels out in the rain, use them as footballs or may otherwise waylay their delivery. Should an issue arise with your delivery or it is taking longer than expected to arrive, please get in touch as early as possible via mahlimae@hotmail.com and we will do our very best to assist with locating it within the postal system.
Prints
Please be understanding that once a print is shipped we no longer have any control over its whereabouts. As clearly stated above, prints are shipped as large letters therefore postage costs do not include tracking. As an artist who solely relies on the income of their art, unfortunately I cannot afford to re-print and re-ship or refund you if your print does not arrive through no fault of my own.
